Where is the best-by date on my bread?Updated 2 years ago

We keep the frozen shelf life best-by date on the bag tags of our perishable items. It's the Best Before Frozen Shelf Life in Julian calendar and year. 

First 3 digits are Julian date. Last digit is year. 

Ex: 1532 = June 2, 2022

The bread has a shelf life of 9-14 days (depending on the brand) once it is removed from the freezer.

• Carbonaut- 10 day shelf life
• Silver Hills Bakery- 14 day shelf life
