How do I know my bread will stay fresh while shipping?Updated 2 years ago
We use a process called "slacking" when shipping our perishable items. This means we store our perishable goods frozen in our warehouses to maintain freshness and quality. It thaws en-route to the customer, so that it arrives ready to eat or to be stored back in your freezer. Condensation is normal, especially in the cooler weather.
